How to cancel
Open the manage-booking link, tap Cancel, and confirm. You will receive a cancellation message.
Deposit refund rules
If you cancel before the salon's cancellation deadline, the deposit is usually refunded by Stripe in 5–10 business days. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
