Quick summary
Most failures come from wrong number format, blocked WhatsApp, or Meta template rejection. Check the booking message log first.
Check the number format
UAE numbers should be entered as +9715XXXXXXXX. Avoid spaces or 00 prefixes.
Check delivery status
Open the booking and check Message log. Failed will show the error code from Meta.
Use email as backup
If WhatsApp keeps failing, customers can still use the email confirmation and manage link.
