How to get a refund from a salon

The salon decides refunds based on its cancellation and service policy. Contact the salon first, then YallaSalon support if unresolved.
Step 1 — Contact the salon
Use the salon's WhatsApp or phone number on the booking page and request a refund with the booking date and amount.
Step 2 — Email YallaSalon support
If the salon does not respond, email support@yallasalon.me with the salon name, booking date, last 4 card digits, and what you discussed.
Step 3 — Card issuer dispute
As a last resort, contact your card issuer to open a dispute. They will request booking details and any messages with the salon.
