Quick summary
Salons can mark a booking as no-show after the appointment time. If a deposit was paid, it may be forfeited per the salon's policy.
For customers
Where fee links are enabled, accepting the appointment policy does not charge a saved card. If the salon owner requests an eligible late-cancellation or no-show fee, you receive a Stripe payment link so you can review the amount and choose whether to complete payment. If you believe the request is incorrect, contact the salon before paying; if unresolved, contact YallaSalon support with the booking details.
For owners
Apply the policy consistently and show it before confirmation. Where fee links are enabled, only the owner can request a link after the appointment is recorded as late-cancelled or no-show. The amount comes from that appointment's accepted policy snapshot. Sending a link does not charge a saved card; if delivery fails, copy the returned link and send it through an appropriate transactional channel.
