How to onboard your salon on YallaSalon

Step-by-step

  1. Step 1

    Activate your owner account

    Open the activation link sent to your owner email or WhatsApp. Set a strong password, then sign in.

  2. Step 2

    Complete your business profile

    Add your salon name, logo, address, area, phone, WhatsApp, and TRN if VAT-registered. Upload at least one cover photo.

  3. Step 3

    Set working hours and policy

    Configure daily open/close times, prayer breaks, public holidays, cancellation policy, and lead time for online bookings.

    Add services and prices

    Create at least 3 services with name, duration, price, and category. Mark each service as bookable online.

  5. Step 5

    Add staff and assign services

    Add each staff member with role, working schedule, and the services they perform. Set permissions if you want them to access reports or POS.

  6. Step 6

    Publish your booking page

    Open Settings → Booking page and confirm everything looks correct. Share the link on Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp.

  • How long does YallaSalon onboarding take?
    Most salons complete the 5 core steps in 20–30 minutes. Importing existing clients or migrating from another tool can take longer; contact support for help.
  • Do I need a TRN to use YallaSalon?
    No. A TRN is only required if your business is registered for UAE VAT and you want VAT to appear on customer invoices.
